Learning to Trust Yourself with Irene Morgan [episode 6]
Meet Our Featured Guest on Express Success Radio
Our featured guest is Irene Morgan.
Irene is a self-described Visionary, Alchemist and Intuitive who has dedicated her life to self-improvement both on a personal and spiritual level.
For more than a decade, she has been witness to the transformation of countless individuals who have come to learn Irene’s unique teachings called The Joyous Discovery of Self.
For the longest time, Irene and her husband dreamed of taking the trip of a lifetime… 6 weeks exploring Australia. And, after years of hard work in their family business, they realized their dream together but, when they returned back to the U.S., Irene found herself feeling awful and struggling to get back to the work that her husband and children were depending on her to do.
After being unable to shake her funk, Irene finally realized that since she had fulfilled this life-long dream of hers, there was a gaping hole in her life. Instead of attaching herself to an even bigger external goal, she knew that her feeling of emptiness was the result of the inner spiritual work she needed to do; work that helped her understand that her learned behaviors could be unlearned. During that journey, Irene developed her own personal development solution called The Joyous Discovery of Self.
The Action Steps
Irene shares some of the significant realizations she made during the process of transforming her own life:
- Realize that when YOU change, it creates an automatic change in how others interact with the new behaviors you’re engaged in. Ask for divine guidance and then give your undivided attention to receiving clues, answers and direction.
- When you do the spiritual work necessary to heal yourself, that healing also affects the healing of those to whom you are connected both personally and professionally.
- It helps to understand that the change process can often be uncomfortable, but not likely more uncomfortable than the pain or challenge you’re presently experiencing.
- Let go of the “HOW” you think your life might look and embrace all other viable alternatives that become possible for you. Imagine how your higher self could use altitude and perspective to assist you in more easily navigating the changes ahead. Come to understand the value of discernment and curiosity.
